Hits 4 pay works so that you do not actually read emails, you read ads. You have to view every add for a certain period of time to get the credit for viewing the ad. Every time a new paid advertisement is issued you get an email that informs you about it. After that you log in to the site and read the add. It's that simple.

Earnings

At this point my payout has been 0.04$ per ad. This is not much but neither is the work that is needed.
